A site visit is arranged for proper inspection and interpretation of the design availed by the architects. We as contractors get better understanding of what is required for the project depending on the delivery method and advise the client accordingly, so can make adjustments if there is need to. All proposals to clients are well detailed stipulating the exact we are to carry out in the whole project. This gives us full construction project responsibility given our level of expertise.
DEVELOPERS
Our skills in this, encompasses activities that range from the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of improved land to others. We convert ideas on paper into real property making it distinctly different from construction thus orchestrating the process of development from the beginning to end. This means we usually take the greatest risk in the creation or renovation of real estate and in the end receive the greatest rewards.
